Thinking Styles
This programme leads the delegate from
an introduction to the principles and background of Thinking
Styles to becoming fully licensed to use the psychometric
instrument.
At the end of the two days, provided you meet the quality
standards, you will become licensed to use Thinking
Styles with others as an independent Associate.
The two days costs £600 plus £350 for all training
materials, including all your software, your own profile and
report, training and facilitation manuals, with a full
breakdown of norm data and accompanying statistics.
VAT is not included. If you book a place on a Cognitive
Team Roles Workshop at the same time you will receive 10% OFF
the price of your Cognitive Team Roles Workshop.

Please be aware that the Licence to use Thinking Styles
is held by the individual who has been trained. It is not
owned by your organisation and is not transferable to any
other party.

Cognitive
Team Roles
This
2-day programme introduces you to the concept of the
“cognitive team role” and explains the research which led
to the development of the instrument.
During the workshop you are encouraged to consider a variety
of team profiles and consider and understand the implications
in terms of team strengths and potential weaknesses.
Team case studies are also looked at and analysed.
By the end of the two days, you will be able to map
team profiles and draw out conclusions for team development.
The
